Aim:
For trainee trainer to feel confident training students to a set standard.
Suitable for Holistic & Beauty therapists interested in training.
Who will train you:
Your training will be kick started by a 3 day training for trainers course
conducted by one of our affiliated accredited training providers. Further
training will be conducted by one of our trainers at the Caledonian Therapy
Academy. The academy is an established, successful accredited training provider
offering a wide range of Guild of Holistic Therapy & Guild of Professional
Beauty therapist’s accredited courses.
Format:
The course is a combination of set class based learning, work shadowing, active
training
(Work Experience) & mentoring.
Firstly you will participate in a training for trainers workshop with. After
this you will then work shadow with our tutors and continue working through your
trainer workbook. After your first 3 days you take part in work experience where
you will plan, prepare & run courses. During your training, mentoring &
placement you will receive valuable experience which will enable you to feel
confident running your own courses. Placements and training can be extended free
of charge if you do not feel confident after your 11 days.
Advice:
We will put you in contact with a business advisor, you may also be
eligible for funding.
We can advise you on getting your courses accredited and the procedure & costs
involved. Or advise in applying for work in colleges etc...
Graduates:
After you have completed all criteria you will be awarded with your Diploma
in Training Practice.
We are always looking for more freelance trainers in many areas, you may
wish to apply as a trainer with the Caledonian Therapy Academy after graduation.

Special Offer: Enrol in April 08
Course cost is £1000 inc vat: >>> A £500 deposit followed by 3 monthly instalments of £166.67
1st instalment should be made by cash / cheque / credit card.
Course price will increase to £2000 after Jan 08 enrolment.
