Terms
& Conditions - Booking & Payment:
A £50 Deposit is required when booking for all Glasgow
Beauty Course (individual courses).
This can be paid by clicking on the button below or by sending a
cheque to
our office address
or Calling to pay by card over the phone.
We also require the
balance of the course to be paid before the course date by
cheque / credit card
(we can
not accept credit card payments at all of our training rooms).
A £500 deposit
is required to secure your place on our Hairdressing diploma
course.
Failure to attend:
If you fail to attend all or part of a course. You will need to
pay to re-attend.
If you have paid a deposit
the deposit will be lost. If you are a diploma student paying by
instalment a £50 fee is payable to re-book on the course.
Cancellations:
(Beauty Holistic & Nails)
If you cancel less than seven days before you are
due to attend a
course, the course fee in non refundable. If you give 7 days
notice or more days notice there is a cancellation fee £25. Although, If
we can get someone else to take your place on the course on short
notice or you can there is no cancellation fee.
Hairdressing:
A £500 deposit is required to secure your place. If you cancel
your place by giving 4 weeks notice your deposit will be
refunded Within 4 weeks no deposit will be refunded.

Intensive:
All CTA Beauty & Holistic courses are intensive. You will be required to learn all
practical aspects, health & Safety and essential A&P in a
relatively short period of time. Intensive courses are not
suitable for everyone they require personal motivation and some
home some study. All courses require case studies & a selection
of worksheets to be
completed at home. If you are unsure

Course Certificates:
In the unlikely event a student should not pass the course first
time (providing full payment has been made) they will be given the opportunity to repeat the course
with no extra charge until we are satisfied with student
performance and are able to issue a certificate.
Student who pay for the courses individually will receive
certificates after marking. Students who are paying by standing
order will receive their certificates once all instalments have
been paid.
Feedback &
Complaints:
We welcome feedback on our courses. You may be asked to provide
your feedback on a form at the end of your course. Or you can

If you have
any concerns about your course these should be brought to the
attention of the Managing Director Louise

within 7
days of your course start date.
Complaints mid course should be brought to the attention of
Louise or Margaret asap.
No refunds will be given if any problems are not reported within
the 7 day period. If you fail to pay or have stopped payments
while your query is being looked at you will automatically
forfit the right to receive a refund if one was being
considered.
If we can not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you
can contact the Guild of Beauty Therapists - Beauty Courses or
WFHBS for Hairdressing courses for their independent opinion.
Course Dates:
Due to unforeseen circumstances training dates may need to be
re-arranged. If this happens you will be given as much notice as
possible. Please make sure you provide accurate contact numbers
& e-mail address.
